Why hasn't my PayPal cash out arrived yet?
While rare, sometime there issues getting cash outs from PayPal, please reference the following to solve what might be going on with your cash out. There may be a number of different reasons why your cash out has not been credited to your PayPal account:
How long does it take to receive a cash out?
99% of payouts are processed within minutes, though occasionally they may take up to 6-7 hours.
If you haven't received your payout within 8 hours, please check your in-app notifications and email.
If you still haven't received any information, contact us immediately.
Why am I being disqualified from surveys?
Companies are looking for specific people for each survey. You may not meet the exact criteria for every survey, but that's completely normal!
Additionally, there are a few key steps you can take to improve your qualification rate:
Be Honest - honest answers are essential to ensure the integrity of the research process!
Take Your Time - If you read each survey question carefully and respond accurately, then you will qualify for surveys at a much higher rate. Don't try to speed through surveys"! This may harm your ability to qualify for a survey!
Why am I not receiving many surveys?
If you're not receiving many surveys, it could be due to several factors: your demographic profile might not match the target audience of most surveys, your location may limit the availability of surveys, or your responses may not fit the criteria for follow-up surveys.
Additionally, survey platforms may prioritize active users who frequently participate, and inconsistencies in your responses could reduce the number of surveys you receive. Ensuring your profile is complete and accurate can help improve your chances.
How much money can I make per survey?
Earnings per survey vary based on length and complexity, typically ranging from $0.01 to $15.00.
What payment methods are available?
Common payment methods include PayPal and Paytm. With Paytm, you can also choose to receive payments via G-Pay, PhonePe, or any mobile wallet linked with UPI.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
While there is no strict minimum payout limit, you must have at least $0.10 to request a payout.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes, your personal information is protected by strict privacy policies and data encryption measures.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account by contacting customer support or through the profile settings section.
What are points, and how do they work?
Points, known as Crowns here, are a virtual currency used on our platform. 1 Crown is equivalent to $0.0001. So, $1 equals 10,000 Crowns.
How do I track my earnings?
To track your earnings, simply navigate to the menu and click on "Passbook." Our platform maintains a transparent user policy, ensuring that you have clear visibility into your earnings and transactions.
