Privacy Policy — Australia
This notice supplements our main privacy policy with the rights and disclosures that apply specifically to Australia. Where the two differ, this notice prevails for you.
Last updated August 2026 · AU
This is a supplement, not a replacement. Read it alongside our main privacy policy, which explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it. Everything there applies to you unless this notice says otherwise.
01Which law applies to you
If you are located in Australia, our processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
For the purposes of that legislation, Casheeno of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India acts as the APP entity in respect of the personal data described in our main policy.
02Your rights in Australia
Subject to the conditions and exemptions in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you (APP 12)
- request correction of that information (APP 13)
- not identify yourself or use a pseudonym where lawful and practicable (APP 2)
- opt out of direct marketing (APP 7)
- complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles
To exercise any of these, write to support@casheeno.com from the address registered to your account, or use our account deletion page. We do not charge for this, and we will not treat you differently for asking. We may need to verify your identity first, so that we do not disclose your data to someone else.
03Children in Australia
The minimum age at which a person can consent to the processing of their personal data in Australia is 13. Below that age, consent must be given or authorised by a parent or legal guardian.
Our Services are not directed to children below that age, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data or serve them personalised advertising. Prize draws are restricted to entrants aged 18 or over.
04Sending your data outside Australia
We are established in India and use service providers in several countries. When your personal data leaves Australia, we rely on APP 8, under which we take reasonable steps to ensure an overseas recipient does not breach the Australian Privacy Principles, including by binding them contractually.
You may ask us for a copy of the safeguard we rely on by writing to support@casheeno.com.
05Notifiable Data Breaches scheme
If a data breach is likely to result in serious harm to you, we will notify you and the OAIC as required by Part IIIC of the Privacy Act.
06Complaints
Please complain to us first. If you are not satisfied with our response within 30 days, you may take the matter to the OAIC.
07Cross-border disclosure
By using the Services you acknowledge that your personal information may be disclosed to recipients located outside Australia, including in India, the European Union and the United States.
8Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first at support@casheeno.com so that we have the chance to put it right.
You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at any time: https://www.oaic.gov.au.
9Everything else
All other matters — the categories of data we collect, our purposes and legal bases, advertising and your ad controls, multiplayer data, who we share data with, how long we keep it, security, automated decisions and how to contact us — are set out in our main policy.
