Privacy Policy — Canada
This notice supplements our main privacy policy with the rights and disclosures that apply specifically to Canada. Where the two differ, this notice prevails for you.
Last updated August 2026 · CA
This is a supplement, not a replacement. Read it alongside our main privacy policy, which explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it. Everything there applies to you unless this notice says otherwise.
01Which law applies to you
If you are located in Canada, our processing of your personal data is governed by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, provincial privacy legislation including Quebec's Law 25, Alberta's PIPA and British Columbia's PIPA.
For the purposes of that legislation, Casheeno of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India acts as the organisation in respect of the personal data described in our main policy.
02Your rights in Canada
Subject to the conditions and exemptions in the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, provincial privacy legislation including Quebec's Law 25, Alberta's PIPA and British Columbia's PIPA, you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- withdraw consent, subject to legal and contractual restrictions
- request deletion or de-indexing where provincial law provides for it
- receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format (Quebec)
- complain to a privacy commissioner
To exercise any of these, write to support@casheeno.com from the address registered to your account, or use our account deletion page. We do not charge for this, and we will not treat you differently for asking. We may need to verify your identity first, so that we do not disclose your data to someone else.
03Children in Canada
The minimum age at which a person can consent to the processing of their personal data in Canada is 13. Below that age, consent must be given or authorised by a parent or legal guardian.
Our Services are not directed to children below that age, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data or serve them personalised advertising. Prize draws are restricted to entrants aged 18 or over.
04Sending your data outside Canada
We are established in India and use service providers in several countries. When your personal data leaves Canada, we rely on contractual measures requiring a comparable level of protection from any service provider that processes personal information outside Canada.
You may ask us for a copy of the safeguard we rely on by writing to support@casheeno.com.
05Consent
PIPEDA is a consent-based framework. We obtain express consent for sensitive processing and rely on implied consent only where the purpose would be obvious to a reasonable person. You may withdraw consent at any time, although some Services may then be unavailable.
06Quebec Law 25
If you are resident in Quebec, you additionally have the right to data portability, the right to be informed when a decision is made about you exclusively by automated means, and the right to request that we cease disseminating your information.
07Transfers outside Canada
Your personal information may be stored or processed outside Canada and may be accessible to courts and law enforcement in those jurisdictions.
8Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first at support@casheeno.com so that we have the chance to put it right.
You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or your provincial privacy commissioner at any time: https://www.priv.gc.ca.
9Everything else
All other matters — the categories of data we collect, our purposes and legal bases, advertising and your ad controls, multiplayer data, who we share data with, how long we keep it, security, automated decisions and how to contact us — are set out in our main policy.
