Privacy Policy — Germany
This notice supplements our main privacy policy with the rights and disclosures that apply specifically to Germany. Where the two differ, this notice prevails for you.
Last updated August 2026 · DE
This is a supplement, not a replacement. Read it alongside our main privacy policy, which explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it. Everything there applies to you unless this notice says otherwise.
01Which law applies to you
If you are located in Germany, our processing of your personal data is governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG) and the Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG, formerly TTDSG).
For the purposes of that legislation, Casheeno of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India acts as the controller (Verantwortlicher) in respect of the personal data described in our main policy.
02Your rights in Germany
Subject to the conditions and exemptions in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG) and the Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG, formerly TTDSG), you have the right to:
- information about the processing (Auskunft)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Berichtigung)
- erasure (Löschung)
- restriction of processing (Einschränkung der Verarbeitung)
- data portability (Datenübertragbarkeit)
- object to processing, including profiling and direct marketing (Widerspruch)
- withdraw consent at any time (Widerruf der Einwilligung)
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Beschwerde)
To exercise any of these, write to support@casheeno.com from the address registered to your account, or use our account deletion page. We do not charge for this, and we will not treat you differently for asking. We may need to verify your identity first, so that we do not disclose your data to someone else.
03Children in Germany
The minimum age at which a person can consent to the processing of their personal data in Germany is 16. Below that age, consent must be given or authorised by a parent or legal guardian.
Our Services are not directed to children below that age, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data or serve them personalised advertising. Prize draws are restricted to entrants aged 18 or over.
04Sending your data outside Germany
We are established in India and use service providers in several countries. When your personal data leaves Germany, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, supported by a transfer impact assessment (Transfer Impact Assessment) and supplementary measures.
You may ask us for a copy of the safeguard we rely on by writing to support@casheeno.com.
05Storage of and access to information on your device (§ 25 TDDDG)
Storing information on your terminal equipment, or accessing information already stored there, requires your consent unless it is strictly necessary to provide a service you have expressly requested. We obtain that consent separately and you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
06Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
Where we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interests, you have the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where we process data for direct marketing, you may object at any time without giving reasons, and we will stop.
7Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first at support@casheeno.com so that we have the chance to put it right.
You also have the right to complain to the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BfDI) or the supervisory authority of your federal state (Landesdatenschutzbehörde) at any time: https://www.bfdi.bund.de.
8Everything else
All other matters — the categories of data we collect, our purposes and legal bases, advertising and your ad controls, multiplayer data, who we share data with, how long we keep it, security, automated decisions and how to contact us — are set out in our main policy.
