Privacy Policy — Philippines
This notice supplements our main privacy policy with the rights and disclosures that apply specifically to Philippines. Where the two differ, this notice prevails for you.

This is a supplement, not a replacement. Read it alongside our main privacy policy, which explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it. Everything there applies to you unless this notice says otherwise.
01Which law applies to you
If you are located in Philippines, our processing of your personal data is governed by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
For the purposes of that legislation, Casheeno of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India acts as the personal information controller in respect of the personal data described in our main policy.
02Your rights in Philippines
Subject to the conditions and exemptions in the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission, you have the right to:
- be informed whether your personal information is being processed
- access your personal information and related processing details
- rectify inaccurate or erroneous information
- object to processing, including for direct marketing and automated profiling
- erasure or blocking of information that is unlawful, unnecessary or outdated
- data portability in an electronic or structured format
- damages for inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unlawfully obtained information
To exercise any of these, write to support@casheeno.com from the address registered to your account, or use our account deletion page. We do not charge for this, and we will not treat you differently for asking. We may need to verify your identity first, so that we do not disclose your data to someone else.
03Children in Philippines
The minimum age at which a person can consent to the processing of their personal data in Philippines is 13. Below that age, consent must be given or authorised by a parent or legal guardian.
Our Services are not directed to children below that age, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data or serve them personalised advertising. Prize draws are restricted to entrants aged 18 or over.
04Sending your data outside Philippines
We are established in India and use service providers in several countries. When your personal data leaves Philippines, we rely on contractual and organisational measures that keep us accountable for personal information transferred abroad, as required by the Data Privacy Act.

05Security incident notification
Where a personal data breach is likely to give rise to a real risk of serious harm, we will notify the NPC and affected data subjects within 72 hours of knowledge of the breach, as required by the Data Privacy Act.
06Right to damages
The Data Privacy Act expressly provides a right to be indemnified for damages sustained due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained or unauthorised use of personal information.
7Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first at support@casheeno.com so that we have the chance to put it right.
You also have the right to complain to the National Privacy Commission (NPC) at any time: https://privacy.gov.ph.
8Everything else
All other matters — the categories of data we collect, our purposes and legal bases, advertising and your ad controls, multiplayer data, who we share data with, how long we keep it, security, automated decisions and how to contact us — are set out in our main policy.
