Privacy Policy — New Zealand
This notice supplements our main privacy policy with the rights and disclosures that apply specifically to New Zealand. Where the two differ, this notice prevails for you.
Last updated August 2026 · NZ
This is a supplement, not a replacement. Read it alongside our main privacy policy, which explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it. Everything there applies to you unless this notice says otherwise.
01Which law applies to you
If you are located in New Zealand, our processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Act 2020 and the Information Privacy Principles (IPPs).
For the purposes of that legislation, Casheeno of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India acts as the agency in respect of the personal data described in our main policy.
02Your rights in New Zealand
Subject to the conditions and exemptions in the Privacy Act 2020 and the Information Privacy Principles (IPPs), you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you (IPP 6)
- request correction, or have a statement of correction attached (IPP 7)
- complain to the Privacy Commissioner
To exercise any of these, write to support@casheeno.com from the address registered to your account, or use our account deletion page. We do not charge for this, and we will not treat you differently for asking. We may need to verify your identity first, so that we do not disclose your data to someone else.
03Children in New Zealand
The minimum age at which a person can consent to the processing of their personal data in New Zealand is 13. Below that age, consent must be given or authorised by a parent or legal guardian.
Our Services are not directed to children below that age, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data or serve them personalised advertising. Prize draws are restricted to entrants aged 18 or over.
04Sending your data outside New Zealand
We are established in India and use service providers in several countries. When your personal data leaves New Zealand, we rely on IPP 12, under which we only disclose personal information overseas where the recipient is subject to comparable safeguards, including by binding contract.
You may ask us for a copy of the safeguard we rely on by writing to support@casheeno.com.
05Privacy breach notification
Where a privacy breach has caused, or is likely to cause, serious harm, we will notify the Privacy Commissioner and affected individuals as required by Part 6 of the Privacy Act 2020.
06Response times
We will respond to an access or correction request as soon as reasonably practicable and in any case within 20 working days.
7Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first at support@casheeno.com so that we have the chance to put it right.
You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at any time: https://www.privacy.org.nz.
8Everything else
All other matters — the categories of data we collect, our purposes and legal bases, advertising and your ad controls, multiplayer data, who we share data with, how long we keep it, security, automated decisions and how to contact us — are set out in our main policy.
