Privacy Policy — Ireland
This notice supplements our main privacy policy with the rights and disclosures that apply specifically to Ireland. Where the two differ, this notice prevails for you.

This is a supplement, not a replacement. Read it alongside our main privacy policy, which explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it. Everything there applies to you unless this notice says otherwise.
01Which law applies to you
If you are located in Ireland, our processing of your personal data is governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018.
For the purposes of that legislation, Casheeno of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India acts as the controller in respect of the personal data described in our main policy.
02Your rights in Ireland
Subject to the conditions and exemptions in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018, you have the right to:
- be informed about how your data is used
- access a copy of your data
- have inaccurate data rectified
- have your data erased
- restrict processing
- data portability
- object to processing, including profiling and direct marketing
- not be subject to a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect
- lodge a complaint with the DPC
To exercise any of these, write to support@casheeno.com from the address registered to your account, or use our account deletion page. We do not charge for this, and we will not treat you differently for asking. We may need to verify your identity first, so that we do not disclose your data to someone else.
03Children in Ireland
The minimum age at which a person can consent to the processing of their personal data in Ireland is 16. Below that age, consent must be given or authorised by a parent or legal guardian.
Our Services are not directed to children below that age, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data or serve them personalised advertising. Prize draws are restricted to entrants aged 18 or over.
04Sending your data outside Ireland
We are established in India and use service providers in several countries. When your personal data leaves Ireland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, supported by a transfer impact assessment and any supplementary measures we consider necessary.

05Digital age of consent
In Ireland the digital age of consent is 16. Where we rely on consent to process the data of a user under 16, we require that consent to be given or authorised by the holder of parental responsibility.
06ePrivacy Regulations
The European Communities (Electronic Communications Networks and Services) (Privacy and Electronic Communications) Regulations 2011 require your consent before non-essential cookies or similar technologies are used, and before electronic marketing is sent.
7Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first at support@casheeno.com so that we have the chance to put it right.
You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (DPC) at any time: https://www.dataprotection.ie.

All other matters — the categories of data we collect, our purposes and legal bases, advertising and your ad controls, multiplayer data, who we share data with, how long we keep it, security, automated decisions and how to contact us — are set out in our main policy.
