This notice supplements our main privacy policy with the rights and disclosures that apply specifically to United Kingdom. Where the two differ, this notice prevails for you.

This is a supplement, not a replacement. Read it alongside our main privacy policy, which explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it. Everything there applies to you unless this notice says otherwise.
01Which law applies to you
If you are located in United Kingdom, our processing of your personal data is governed by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).
For the purposes of that legislation, Casheeno of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India acts as the controller in respect of the personal data described in our main policy.
02Your rights in United Kingdom
Subject to the conditions and exemptions in the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), you have the right to:
- be informed about how your data is used
- access a copy of your data
- have inaccurate data rectified
- have your data erased
- restrict processing
- data portability
- object to processing, including profiling and direct marketing
- not be subject to a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect
To exercise any of these, write to support@casheeno.com from the address registered to your account, or use our account deletion page. We do not charge for this, and we will not treat you differently for asking. We may need to verify your identity first, so that we do not disclose your data to someone else.
03Children in United Kingdom
The minimum age at which a person can consent to the processing of their personal data in United Kingdom is 13. Below that age, consent must be given or authorised by a parent or legal guardian.
Our Services are not directed to children below that age, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data or serve them personalised advertising. Prize draws are restricted to entrants aged 18 or over.
04Sending your data outside United Kingdom
We are established in India and use service providers in several countries. When your personal data leaves United Kingdom, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses together with the UK Addendum, supported by a transfer risk assessment.

05Cookies and marketing under PECR
PECR requires your consent before we store or access non-essential information on your device, and before we send you electronic marketing. We ask for that consent separately from any other permission, and you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of what came before.
06Complaints
You may complain to the ICO at any time, but we would appreciate the chance to resolve the matter first. Write to us and we will respond within one month.
7Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first at support@casheeno.com so that we have the chance to put it right.
