This notice supplements our main privacy policy with the rights and disclosures that apply specifically to France. Where the two differ, this notice prevails for you.

This is a supplement, not a replacement. Read it alongside our main privacy policy, which explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it. Everything there applies to you unless this notice says otherwise.
01Which law applies to you
If you are located in France, our processing of your personal data is governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978, « Informatique et Libertés »).
For the purposes of that legislation, Casheeno of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India acts as the controller (responsable de traitement) in respect of the personal data described in our main policy.
02Your rights in France
Subject to the conditions and exemptions in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978, « Informatique et Libertés »), you have the right to:
- access a copy of your data (droit d'accès)
- rectification (droit de rectification)
- erasure (droit à l'effacement)
- restriction of processing (droit à la limitation)
- data portability (droit à la portabilité)
- object to processing (droit d'opposition)
- withdraw consent at any time
- give directives on the fate of your data after your death (directives post mortem)
- lodge a complaint with the CNIL
To exercise any of these, write to support@casheeno.com from the address registered to your account, or use our account deletion page. We do not charge for this, and we will not treat you differently for asking. We may need to verify your identity first, so that we do not disclose your data to someone else.
03Children in France
The minimum age at which a person can consent to the processing of their personal data in France is 15. Below that age, consent must be given or authorised by a parent or legal guardian.
Our Services are not directed to children below that age, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data or serve them personalised advertising. Prize draws are restricted to entrants aged 18 or over.
04Sending your data outside France
We are established in India and use service providers in several countries. When your personal data leaves France, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, supported by a transfer impact assessment and supplementary measures.

05Digital age of consent
In France the digital age of consent is 15. For a user under 15, consent must be given jointly by the user and the holder of parental responsibility.
06Post-mortem directives
Under French law you may give general or specific directives about how your personal data should be retained, erased or communicated after your death. Write to us to record such directives.
07Cookies
CNIL guidance requires that refusing cookies is as easy as accepting them, and that consent is renewed periodically. Our consent interface is built to that standard.
8Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first at support@casheeno.com so that we have the chance to put it right.
You also have the right to complain to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) at any time: https://www.cnil.fr.
